TRANSACTION PROCESSING:
Transactions are processed in 3 steps:
Step 1: You select the items you want to add to the shopping cart. You will received first email confirmation about the items you are purchasing.
Step 2: Payment is done via PayPal website - totally secure. You will receive an email confirmation that the payment is completed.
Step 3: Once we receive confirmation of PayPal payment, the items are shipped and you will get the last confirmation email with details of items purchased and delivery confirmation number from USPS.
PAYMENT METHOD:
We accept payment via PAYPAL using Credit Card, Debit Card or e-check. That way we do not have access to your credit card information. You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment via PayPal, you can make the payment as a guest at anytime.
RETURN POLICY:
Return within 10 days of receipt, please email us to provide you with return authorization number prior to returning the items, you will be issued a refund for total amount of purchase less shipping and handling. Returned items should be unworn and in original packaging in order to obtain a refund. Worn or damaged items will not be refunded.
SHIPPING:
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail - This allows our valued customers to track their shipments online.
USA:
- Shipping charges start at $4.00 for 1 item, additional items cost $1.00 each.
- We also offer Flat Rate shipping within the USA as follows: 1-3 Items ($5.00), 3-7 Items ($10.00), 7 or more items ($13.00)
Canada:
